A visiting speaker, usually from an organisation such as one of the local authorities countryside recreation departments gives a presentation on a key current topic. This is followed by the AGM. Overseers meetings are held regularly throughout the spring and summer, to co-ordinate and progress activities w.r.t. route maintenance and improvements.
