 
ACWA Working Party
On 17-Jan-2007 the Working Party replaced the last two stiles on Walk 21A with kissing gates. This means this Broad Ridge walk is now stile-free.

January Achievements
Two more stile replaced, AND one more seat installed.
The stiles replaced were the two each side of the paddock c.150m
east of Berkeswell Road, Meriden. These were very significant
to us because not only were they the last two remaining on Walk 21A,
they were the two most in need of replacing.
The seat is just beyond the second k/g -
visit it, and sit down to enjoy the magnificent view!

We have agreed our plans for future working parties.
We confirm we will continue to place some
effort in improving the remaining difficulties on the 40-mile walk, but now will give
more priority to creating further stile-free short (3 to 5 mile) circular
walks. Work on CWCW 17A will start in February, and take most of
2007.
